Do we have access to the full house & grounds?
Yes, you have access to the whole house and grounds. Please note that bathroom access is provided for personal use; however, as they have not yet been renovated, we kindly ask that no content be created within these spaces.
Can we hire for more than 3 hours?
The space is available for hire in increments of 3 to 8 hours per day, with a maximum booking duration of 8 hours daily at a cost of $1350. Consecutive day bookings are available upon request. The minimum booking period is 3 hours, starting at $650. Please contact us to discuss rates for specific timeframes or extended bookings beyond a single day.
Do I have access to additional styling pieces?
Yes, you will have access to a wide range of styling pieces available for hire, including vases, crockery, cutlery, linens, children's play items, décor pieces, and candles- each thoughtfully selected to enhance the authentic charm of the home. For a minimum fee of $300, bespoke styling can be arranged for specific areas such as tablescapes, bedroom trays, kitchen baking setups, afternoon teas, picnics, or any other romantic ideas you envision. Please note that pricing may vary depending on materials and groceries required.
What can I expect on the day of my booking?
On the day of your booking, you’ll step into a beautifully styled home, perfectly prepared for you to bring your creative vision to life. All amenities are fully accessible, with tea and coffee provided for your comfort. We’ll be on hand to assist with tasks such as lighting the fires, styling touches, and even helping with photographing the chickens. You’ll also have access to a steamer, heating and cooling, ample parking for multiple vehicles, and overnight storage. We kindly ask that you leave the house as you found it, ensuring it remains a welcoming space for all.
Where is the house located?
The Coach House is located in Crafers, in the Adelaide Hills- just 20 minutes from Adelaide’s city centre and 2 minutes from the idyllic township of Stirling. Despite its proximity to the city, the setting feels as though you’ve stepped into the European countryside, offering a unique and tranquil backdrop ideal for project.
 
Do you host events?
While we’re delighted to welcome creatives and brands into our space, please note that we do not host private events, parties, or large gatherings. The property is available exclusively for photoshoots, video production, and social media content. This ensures we can provide a calm, inspiring environment tailored specifically for content creation.

- The listed rate covers a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 8 hours of hire per day for fashion or lifestyle sessions.
- Rates are based on a crew size of up to 15 people; additional fees apply for larger teams.
- Please note that furniture-specific photoshoots may incur further charges. Contact us directly to discuss your needs.
- Standard booking hours are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM; if you require access outside these times, please let us know in advance.
- All fees are subject to GST.
- Public liability insurance is required for all bookings. If this is not feasible, please reach out to discuss options.
- A $500 refundable bond is payable upfront to secure your booking. This bond will be reimbursed 2-3 business days after your
booking provided there are no damages, breaches of terms, or excessive cleaning required following your hire.
